The normal circle of life is that activity leads to food
= remember: 1. BE ACTIVE   2.EAT
Drink lots of water and eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
They are the candies of nature!   75% of the world is water,
75% of your body is water = 75% of your nutrition should
be water (fruits and vegetables contain 75% of water which
is why they are so good for you!)
NUTRITION RULE: Feeling good means eating healthy!

 

Activity
Be active every day! Your body is made to be active!
Make time to exercise each day of your life.  Work
equally on your strength, flexibility and endurance!

That is why it makes me sad when I see so many people all over the world that conditioned themselves over years NOT to live with heart, passion, and faith anymore. Choose to live every single day of your life to it's maximum potential and be the best you can be. Always live with a big heart, unlimited passion, and unwavering faith in yourself and each other. If we all do that, this world will be a better place. I believe in you and the size of your heart, never forget that! Therefore, be good to yourself and to others. Once you look back when you're old, the only thing that matters is how big your heart was every day of your life.
